Best Practice: Corporate

“We were honored to be a part of the Mayor's Back 2 School Fest presented by Shell in Houston, TX yesterday. We were at the event in 2016 when it was held at the University of Houston and it has grown so much. Everyone we worked with, from the Shell team to the Mayor’s staff, were professional and polite. We look forward to next year to see if it grows even more!”

Best Practice: Business

“Royal Dutch Management Day 2019 was held in New York City at the New York Stock Exchange. We were honored to be at the event with the show car outside of the NYSE building and the racing simulators used during the reception after the ringing of the closing bell. We worked with the Investor Relations group who facilitated the event with the CEO and Executive Vice Presidents of Shell in attendance.”

Best Practice: Retail

“We spent Friday in Shelton, WA for a Grand Opening of a Shell gas station. The owner and his family could not have been any nicer. The local Chamber of Commerce was there for the ribbon cutting and everyone in attendance was thrilled with the way everything turned out. The station gave out cake, free corn dogs, snacks and swag. They also brought in a radio remote and a Monster sampling team. The weather was perfect, although they all thought it was hot.

For two+ hours, gas prices were lowered and there was often a line of people waiting to get fuel. It was a successful day and we look forward to going back next month for another grand opening in Washington.”

Best Practice: Lubricants

“We were there in May for an event that was paid for by the Pennzoil Lubes rep. The owner paid for the showcar this time out of his own budget and it was even better than the one in May. He had a Radio Remote there from 8-1 with popular guest host, Ed Wallace; his local hot rod buddies came in at 11 along with a local BBQ caterer. They stayed busy all day with customers and guests stopping by to see the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil show car and the hot rods. The weather was overcast and cold this morning, but the sun burned through the clouds and it ended up being a nice day.”
