Pennzoil 400 presented by jiffy lube | March 2-7, 2021

The 2021 Pennzoil 400 celebrations took a different form as we continue to overcome the lingering effects of the global pandemic. We wanted to create this one-of-a kind experience for partners, employees, customers and fans to have a glimpse and what it is like to be onsite at the fourth-annual Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Leading up to race weekend, we engaged our customers with at-home experiences that included a Virtual Night in Vegas, live workouts with Joey Logano, custom gift boxes and much more.

Then on race day, we kicked things off with a Virtual Tailgate full of Pennzoil influencers, drivers and leadership. We opened up behind the scenes access through virtual experiences in and around the Las Vegas Motor Speedway “Neon Garage,” a closer look at the No. 22 Pennzoil Ford Mustang race car, and even the opportunity to race against Joey Logano on the 1.5-mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway virtual racetrack.

Pennzoil Virtual Proving Grounds

An interactive, fully virtual platform was opened up for all of race week. Guests got behind-the-scenes access through experiences in and around the Las Vegas Motor Speedway “Neon Garage”, a closer look at the No. 22 Pennzoil Ford Mustang race car, and even the opportunity to race against Joey Logano on the 1.5-mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway virtual racetrack.

A Virtual Night in Las Vegas

Since we couldn’t be together in Las Vegas this year, we wanted to bring a bit of Vegas to everyone’s home with the “Night in Virtual Las Vegas.” We had nearly 200 guests on for the show that gave everyone a little taste (literally) of Las Vegas.

Joey's Personal Greeting to a Young Fan

 Hey Joe,

Wanted to drop you a quick note. I received the “goody” box today from Pennzoil. It was full of really cool stuff 😊

Our grandson has had heart issues since birth (he will be 4 this June). On Wednesday they did an exploratory procedure and found that his aorta has stretched and is leaking. While it’s not something that has to be corrected immediately, he will have to go in for another open heart surgery. I think this may be his 5th open heart surgery in 4 years.  

 When I opened the box, I thought immediately of bringing it to our grandson. We just dropped it off and he was so excited!
