Shell launched The Giving Pump at stations across the U.S. to support children’s charities in local communities from August 1 through September 30, 2021. This charity initiative was a natural fit to utilize our Team Penske motorsport driver’s to help raise awareness on such a great cause. NASCAR Champion, Joey Logano kicked it off with a video showcasing where and how consumers could participate. This introduction was followed by INDYCAR drivers Josef Newgarden and Scott McLaughlin who each made a station stop driving traffic to the Giving Pump landing page.

• Shell has raised $1.5 million for a variety of children’s-focused charities across the country including literacy programs, schools, hospitals, youth food pantries and more.
